Landscaper’s Joirnal: Jute Cloth

This steep embankment posed an erosion problem, and was covered in undesirable ivy. Solution: cut the ivy to the ground, but leave the roots to hold the dirt up; cover everything in cardboard, mulch, and jute cloth, which has to be held in place with staples. This avoids the otherwise huge cost of building a retaining wall. I used picture-in-picture frame layout in Doubleshot Photo for iOS.
